Return & Refunds Policy

At Henry Travelers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment (or alternative method as agreed).

Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We do not offer returns on clearance or final sale items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue.
